Your body is tapering and your mind is sharpening. The last thing you want is to figure out nutrition, double-check gear, or stress about travel — but that's what most athletes end up doing.

02 · Race-day fuel

Nutrition alone is a full-time job on race day.

What to eat the night before. When to take gels. How to time carbs so you don't blow up on the run. Most athletes piece it together from blogs, trial and error, and training partners.

03 · Solo abroad

No coach. No crew. A hundred things to think about.

Travel, briefings, gear checks, pacing, hydration. For athletes racing solo or abroad it's even harder — just you, a race, and everything on your shoulders.
